I am disturbed by this proposed allowance. II do not want anyone calling my home without my express permission. In our society, the telephone has become an integral means for communication...and I have one for that intended purpose. However, I should also retain the right to discern with whom I want to communicate, and for me this is limited to friends and family. I will provide my number to those that I wish to hear from, otherwise, it is safe to assume that I do not wish to have anyone else call me. Please see to it that my (and the majority of Americans) wishes are protected. Do not allow our numbers to be accessed and called without our prior permission. Thank you.
