I am opposed to the proposed rule change that would allow pre-recorded telemarketing calls. It is not in the consumers best interest. I have a phone for my use, not the use of businesses to badger me with their advertising. I am also opposed to charities and politicians from bothering me on the phone that I pay for for my use, not theirs. Thank you, Craig Curran
