Greetings...Please do NOT change the FTC regulations to allow pre-recorded messages by telemarketers. This will only increase manyfold the number of unwanted sales calls that can be made in a given amount of time. It is similar to the spam problem with electronic e-mail. Computer-generated spam and pre-recorded messages can be sent out in much higher volumes which only increases the problem. Thank you.
