In referance to Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing Project No R411001 I DO NOT agree with making this change. My 85 year old Mother has been sold items and scamed enough by these con artist. This has almost stopped since we added our names to the do not call list. If anything please consider ways to make it stronger
