My home number is on the do not call list for a reason. I do not wish to be bothered by annoying calls from companies that I do not do business with. It is splitting hairs to say a pre-recorded message is okay but a live person is not. A call is a call. In fact, a pre-recordings are frustrating and bothersome. If I am on the do not call list and do not do business with you, DO NOT call me. The average consumer is again caught up in the turf wars of government (FTC v. FCC). Deal with and do not allow just anyone to call my home.
