Dear Sirs: please do not ammend the rules to allow telemarketers the use of technology (voice mail or future means) for sales or solicitation calls. It is my belief that this would open a floodgate of inoportune calls at all hours of the day--or night--including holidays and/or weekends, by reducing considerably the cost of making such calls.
