RE: Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001 I very strongly object to the proposal to allow prerecorded messages to be used in telemarketing . This will signifcantly increase the number of unwanted and intrusive telephone calls. We already do not answer the phone between 5 and 8 pm because of the current level of telemarketing calls. The proposed change would further degrade the utility of the telephone for desirable communication and lead to a significant decrease in my privacy. Thank you for considering this comment.
