The reason I signed up for the Do Not Call List was to avoid calls from telemarketers. What is the point of doing that if the rules can be changed so these people can once again be allowed to invade our privacy? Unless the law has changed, it reads that a telephone may not be used for annoying or harassing purposes, and as far as I am concerned, that is exactly what telemarketers do. I am DEFINTELY not in favor of any changes that will allow this to begin again. Thanks for your time.
