I am not in favor of changing the Do Not Call List rules and regulations. I am old enough to call anyone with whom I want to do business or for any service I may need. Having my phone ring constantly with a person or recording to offer some service or sell me anything is totally intrusive. I pay for my phone service to use for my personal needs, not for someone to intrude when I am having dinner or enjoying the companionship of friends and family.
