Please do not ease up on your rules to allow pre-recorded telephone solicitations. I'm signed up for all the Do-Not-Call lists and still I get annoying phone calls and faxes. At least if you get a phone call in the middle of the night you can ask a person not to call you. With pre-recorded messages and faxes it's difficult to find out who to contact to tell them to stop the harassment.
