If there are individuals that like to receive these automated calls than they have probably purchased something from one of the corresponding companies. That should be more than sufficient for a consumer. They can receive calls from a company they do business with. If you now allow any company to disregard the existing laws regarding the do not call list by providing them with a loophole you have just negated the purpose of this list. Take a look at the number of persons on the do not call registry and those numbers should speak for themselves. Why are they on the list in the first place? Do you really think they want to receive what would innevitably become more calls than they were being bothered with before. I don't think so.
