Comments:Please do not increase the ability to call by prerecorded message. Once these messages connect to your phone you cannot hang up on them. Every time you pick up the phone after hanging up, the recording is still there until it chooses when to hang up. I once was trying to make a 911 call for an elderly neighbor who had fallen and because of a prerecorded telemarketing call on my line, precious minutes were wasted while I ran up and down the street trying to find someone home who would call 911 for me. I realize these companies have a right to do business, but it seems that they have all the rights and consumers have a very limited right to say "no". Thank you for your consideration.
