Businesses should not be allowed to call people on the do not call list to solicit more business even if they are customers. They should only be allowed to call concerning an existing order and even then they should not be allowed to use that as an opportunity to solicit more business. Prerecorded messages should not be allowed under any circumstance. My time is more important to me than to have it consumed by some marketing idiot who thinks he/she has a right to infringe upon my privacy.
