Please do not implement this measure, I am even more opposed to hearing a pre-recorded message than a live caller. It will be much easier for these companies to innundate my phone with marketing messages and it will be much harder to get them to stop calling, since each company will need to contacted individually. That means that the consumer will have to listen to the entire message in order to hear an option to get a number to opt out of the calls or the consumer will have to try and research a number for the company to be opted out. This will be the most frustrating system ever devised to bedevil citizens that would prefer to not be contacted via the phone with marketing/advertising calls.
