Approving pre-recorded telemarketing calls defeats the entire purpose of the no-call list. Stop letting these companies lobby you into makeing changes that you already know the public is against. Take a look at how much taxpayer money was spent putting the original no-call laws in effect. You will be wasting all of that by approving telemarketer beggars. Taxpayers are tired of their hard earned money being squandered on stupidity!
