I do not wish to see this ammendment passed. I do not like getting pre-recorded messages. They are more intrusive than regular telemarketing calls. When you received one of these calls, you cannot tell the person not to call again, and if you want to stop the calls, you have to write down the number and then contact the company yourself. It is very inconvenient. I think the Telemarketing Sales Rule works fine as it is now, without the addition of annoying pre-recorded messages.
