I am a big supporter of the do not call list and I DO NOT agree with allowing the use of pre-reocorded calls. This would certainly increase call volume which is already a problem. Currently I find that businesses are already violating the do not call list and I will warn them about their actions. Not only would pre-recorded messages increase the call volume, but it would also not allow the people being contacted a chance to voice their concerns to the caller. The current restrictions are obviously welcomed by just about everyone. Please do not overlook our concerns about telemarketers in favor of the lobbyist and lawyers for the telemarking industry. Thanks, Mr. Boyink
