Comments:
I vehemently oppose any changes that will allow telemarketers any more access and/or use of my phone number than they are currently allowed. For that matter, I believe that the current rules did not go far enough in limiting the calls that can be made to my phone (IE: charities, businesses that I do business with, etc). I subscribe and pay for a phone service for my personal use. If businesses wish to pay for my phone service, then I might be willing to consider allowing them to place calls to my number. Thank you for the method to respond.
