I would suggest that you do not change your rules to meet that of the FCC. I do not want to receive any types of telemarketing calls, automated or otherwise. They are annoying, I have never purchased ANYTHING from a telemarketer, and will never do so. After a long day at work, I don't want to be invaded by unsolicted calls from any business. This is still America and I do believe I have a right to just say no. Big Business has no place in my home after 5:00 p.m.!! It's bad enough that they play a damn commercial every 2 seconds. Thank God for TIVO....
