This is the USA, I should have the right to decide who I want to talk to and who I do not wish to be hassled by. Life has been very pleasant since I signed the "DO NOT CALL" list. I would like to see the public in general be protected, not the Telephone Market Co. I would endose any effort made to keep them from calling me. I don't want them to call once a month or any time. A person's home is just that, it should not be a place you can't have dinner or go to bed early or be sick, because they don't care and will call anyway.
