The last year with the "do not call" in place, has been great for my health. My blood pressure has dropped and I can eat dinner with my family without the rude interruptions of telemarketing calls. I urge you to strengthen the ban by increasing the fines rather than weakening the ban. Keep in mind that it affects us retired people in many different ways. Peace of mind is the big thing, do your "job" and do "not" bow to pressure from the telemarketers.
