Please do NOT allow telemarketers to use prerecorded messages. This would completely defeat the benefits in peace and quite that followed the implementation of the Do Not Call list. I am actually shocked that such a change would even be considered based on the overwhelming public and Congressional support for the Do Not Call list. Thank you.
