Do not call means do not call AT ALL. It does not give permission to phone with a computer, voice imprint, live person, or by any other means. This is just a proposed loophole to allow some companies to circumvent the rulings already in place in regard to telemarketing. Such a diversion from what the scope of public opinion really wants is both unwanted, unnecessary and undermines the purpose of the telemarketing laws currently in place. I for one vote AGAINST such a change to the existing laws.
