I don't want any telemarketing calls whether they are a live person or a recorded message. I don't even feel companies with whom I do business should be allowed to call me with a recorded message. I don't want any business calling me unless it's about a specific transaction, and very important, and then I want to speak to a live person. If the two agencies want to bring their policies into agreement they should choose the more restrictive one, and not allow more calls. Please continue to limit prerecorded messages to 3% as is presently done. People don't want these calls. I think they've made that clear, and I don't think the Do Not Call Registry or the spirit of it should be weakened or violated to satisfy a few companies wanting loopholes to harrass consumers with calls again.
