I disaprove of the proposed rule to allow automated calls even when a prior business relationship has been made. The cheaper it becomes they are just going to find a backdoor way to make more calls to more people that shouldn't be receiving them. I have found they have exploited this with the fax rules as I continue to receive faxes from the same company who just uses another number each time.
