i am a disabled person, answering the phone can often be difficult for me. it just seems to me that with all of the billboards, radio stations, tv stations, magazines, newpapers, the internet, and direct mail, that companies and their salespersons clearly have numerous ways to reach potential customers. they needn't have their right to confront and inconvenience americans in their own homes. please hold firm against any rules that expand the rights of telemarketers to interupt us anywhere, anytime, and anyway they want. in fact, i, and many americans, would prefer the restrictions to actually be tougher then they already are. thanks you for your attention to this matter. - patrick w henry
