I do not want you to ammend the Telemarketing Sales Rule to make it easier for companies to call me. Allowing companies to use pre-recorded messages will increase the volume of telemarketing calls sent, due to the extremely reduced cost of sending these messages. Please do not allow this to happen. I want you to ammend the rule so no company, including those who people have done business with, has the right to call a number on the Federal do not call list.
