I do not wish to receive pre-recorded telemarketing messages. If it should be allowed, then I will dispense with my land-line. I am in favor of the rules and regulations pertaining to the existing Do-Not-Call list. I do not wish the privacy of my home to be invaded by uninvited and unwanted sales pitches.
