To whom it concerns: The proposed changes to allow telemarketers to use pre-recorded messages to reach people are outrageous. I am on the National Do-Not-Call register, and still get far too many telemarketers calling. Often, these are repeat callers who despite being told not to call, continue to do so. By allowing these companies to save money by using pre-recorded messages, I won't even have the option to tell someone not to call back!!! Please STOP THIS ACTION! Make the Do-Not-Call List MORE effective, not LESS effective! Thank you, Steve Ruffing
