Please don't allow the use of pre-recorded messages. They are annoying and provide no benefit to the consumer who pays for the phone. At least with a live person you can ask them to take you off the calling list. When you don't work outside the home the constant interruptions of the phone ringing are time consuming and disruptive to what you are doing. If you aren't home these pre-recorded messages will fill up your answering machine and possilby make you miss an important call. I have many family members who live in different states and I need to be available to them by phone or answering machine. I am concerned these pre-recorded messages my interfere with our family communications.
