I have received an increasing number of pre-recorded calls recently. I believe that relaxing the rules regarding this type of marketing call serves only the business engaging in this practice. Any change relaxing these rules will NOT be in the consumers' interest. I urge the commission to reject any relaxation of rules regarding this form of telemarketing.
