I am in favor of leaving the Do-not-call registry just the way it is. After I added my number to the registry the number of calls I received per day dropped from an average of 40 to ZERO!!!! That's exactly what I wanted! I NEVER actually answered those calls, opting for screening ALL my calls with my answering maching, but the constant ringing was extremely annoying. I NEVER want to go back to those days!!!! Also, and VERY IMPORTANT, I also do not want to receive calls from anyone I've done business with. If I want to talk to them, I will call them myself. I hope I've made my position clear.
