"Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001.) prior to the do not call list I was receiving 25 to 30 calls a day from telemarketers, after the do not call list came out the only telemarketers calling are the phone companies in which I receive about ten calls a week. The worst ones are the pre recorded messages. I have had this number for over 20 years in which I pay for not the telemarketers.. If the telemarketers feel that they have the right to use my number then they should have to pay for it not me. By allowing these companies to send out millions of calls a day it will compound the problem . I don't know about other states but in California you place a no soliciting plack on your door it is illegal to solicit. To me that is the same as do not call. Very simple to understand(DO NOT CALL AT ALL)
