I DO NOT like receiving Pre-Recorded Message phone calls from Telemarketers, not even from companies that I currently do business with. If it is a service I want, I will go looking for it myself, or they can mail me something. Also, it would be alot more difficult to opt-out of a companies phone list if I first have to figure out a phone number to call to contact them, then call and find the appropriate person to ask about this, etc. I would be against any additional legislation that would weaken the Do-Not-Call registry.
