The last thing I want is to have my telephone ringing off the hook with the equivalent of email spam. Basically, that's what this new change would create, "telephone spam". I can't imagine ANY government agency supporting this type of activity, especially since our society loses billions of dollars in lost productivity due to email spam. This change will cause a similar problem but the problem won't affect businesses, but rather the home. A place where many people need their rest and relaxation so that they can continue to work as hard as they do. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW TELEMARKETERS EASIER ACCESS INTO MY HOME! I BEG YOU. I NEED PEACE IN MY HOME. Thank you for your consideration.
