I fail to understand what part of "Do Not Call" you don't understand. I value my privacy and my own time. It makes no difference to me whether there is a "real person" or a recorded message on the other end. To the best of my understanding, this all revolves around money, and how much cheaper it is to use recorded messages. The registry is "DO NOT CALL" period! Please do not betray the trust of the millions of Americans who wish not to be disturbed.
