My husband and I are vehemently against allowing companies to resort to pre-recorded messages. It's annoying, insulting and should not be allowed. Furthermore, any company that resorts to pre-recorded messages will definitely not gain any more business from us, and I would not be surprised if that is a common feeling among consumers.
