Why would you even give consideration to this request? From comments I have heard from the telemarketing industry (I use this term loosely) they apparently have no problem with the do not call list,They claim that they are complying with the requirements and have not lost any business. If that is true, then why make the lives of the comparently few who have signed on to the list miserable again, which will now be even worse if you allow recorded messages. Further, why is the notice concerning this matter just coming to the publics attention along with the request for public comment? I received this notice today 1-10-05, THE LAST DAY COMMENTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED!!
