Please do not weaken or diminish the law restricting unsolicited phone calls from telemarketers or others. I am sure their are many others in the same position as my wife and I. We are both retired and it is a great inconvenience to get up and walk across the room to answer the phone only to find out that it is a telemarketer trying to sell me something that I have absolutely no interest in. Please think about the impact on the people you are supposed to serve and protect.
