Re: Prerecorded message EBR, Telemarketing project number R411001.... Please do NOT allow prerecorded messages to be exempt from the Do Not Call list.... Since this law was enacted, I've actually gotten some peace and quiet after hours and very few calls to interrupt my business as I'm self-employed. Thank you for this access.. Lee.
