I strongly urge the FTC and FCC to enforce the do not call registry in the initial sprit and candor of the bill and not to allow any unsolicited telephone or even emails to persons on the list unless they are an EXISTING customer. I absolutely do not want rediculous and ANNOYING pre-recorded telepnone messages being removed from the exemption of the do not call registry. Bottom line, no phone calls period, regardless of whether or not they are live or pre-recorded should not be an issue. Just do not call me. Thank you.
