I urge the FTC to reject any application to change any provision of the DO NOT CALL registry. I believe that even a prerecorded message during my dinner would be more invasive and annoying then answering to a live person. Please, do not insult my intelligence and allow a machine to call me during my meals or at any other time. Sincerely, Thomas W. Kirby
