I strongly encourage you to strengthen rather than weaken the Do Not Call list. I do not want intrusive telephone solicitations from vendors of any ilk, even those with whom I have done business previously. Allowing this activity encourages impulse buying, spending beyond one's means, and in some cases, is a sales method that involves a sort of intimidation. Please act to eliminate telephone solicitation by other than not for profit organizations.
