I support the FTC’s proposed rule change regarding my being able to receive pre-recorded messages from businesses with which I have an existing relationship. I find it extremely helpful to receive pre-recorded phone reminders from my accountant, doctor, dentist, dry cleaners and pharmacy without having to go through the onerous process of having to sign up with each of the service providers with which I already have an existing relationship.
