I think the amendment is excellent. I would love to communicate with established businesses via recorded messages left for me---anything to improve communication , efficiency, and scheduling would be supported. Fact is, if I already have an established business relationship, then I have already screened them and am satisfied with the business in question. Thus, this would not be an intrusion. Instead, it would be an opportunity. I support the amendment as proposed. I would prefer not to have to sign a form providing consent. Nick Lanza Houston, Texas
