Please do not change the regulations to allow additional recorded message solicitations. I really do not want telephone solicitations of any kind, which is why I joined the do not call registry. I already get too many calls, which I understand are permitted by law, from politicians and charitable organizations. If a company needs to call me about business we are conducting that is fine, but I don't need sales calls, and any other business conducted does not change that opinion. Recorded messages are the most annoying and should not be allowed.
