Please do not allow the recorde message exemtion for telemarketers. After years of battling this we have fianlly gotten to the point we are no longer receiving 5-20 calls per night. My fear is this will just re-opne the flood gates and will cause even more calls. Take a stand and protect the consumers and those of us who are sick of telemarketers.
