There should be no amendments considered that attempt to circumvent the national do not call list. The proof that no one wants telemarketer calls of any type was proven recently when word was circulating that cell phones would be receiving uninvited sales calls. It caused large numbers of people to register their cell phones based on a rumor. I just purchased a new cordless phone for my home last week. Even though I am on the do not call list, my new phone is equipped with "Tele zapper". By the way, I have been getting calls for the past week from an insurance agent unfortunately representing a company I have insurance with. I don't even like getting these calls. Thank you for listening.
