Please consider for inclusion in any forthcoming legislation: 1. Require charitable and other allowable phone solicitations to provide Caller I.D. NAMES in 8xx outbound dialing, not just numbers as many use several 8xx- phone numbers to repeat dial consumers. 2. Require Telephone service providers to block calls containing bogus Area Code and Exchange Caller I.D. numbers from being dialed within or into their local exchanges (0-000-0000)
