Comments:I am writing to ask you to support debt relief services. This service helps a lot of consumers like me to have an alternative plan to settle our unsecure debt without go through bankruptcy. This service also provides opportunity to general consumers to reestablish their lives without worrying endless credit card payment all the time. The agent of this service just likes a mediator between general consumers and big financial institution. Without their help, I think it is very difficult to deal our issues/debts with the banks. I used to making all my payment on time. However, as financial markets got worst last year, I noticed my credit card payments were almost triple because of increasing interest rate and my credit lines were disappeared at the same time. I had a hard time to maintain my minimum payment. I tried very hard to discuss my problem with the banks but I did not get any reasonable response. Fortunately, I talked to Debt Regret. They helped me to create a plan to manage my life again. I think that this is an important bill. This is my personal plea that the FTC should not regulate debt settlement out of business as this service provides a valuable benefit to the general consumers.
